If you’ve been training this month…
You’ve probably felt it.
That’s normal.
👉 That’s the process.
The problem is how most people measure the process.
They ask:
And when the answers don’t match their expectations…
👉 They start to drift.
Jiu-jitsu isn’t a short-term game.
👉 It’s a long game.
And the people who succeed?
They stop measuring progress week to week…
👉 And start measuring it year to year.
Some of your biggest improvements are invisible:
Even if it doesn’t feel like it…
👉 You are changing.
At this point, it stops being about results.
It becomes about identity.
👉 “Am I someone who sticks with things?”
👉 “Am I someone who shows up consistently?”
Because that identity…
👉 carries into everything else in your life.
It looks like:
Nothing flashy.
👉 Just consistent.
Instead of asking:
“Am I getting better?”
Ask:
👉 “Am I still here?”
Because the people who stay…
👉 Are the people who improve.
This month, we’ve talked about:
And it all leads here:
👉 Stay.
Years from now, your progress won’t come down to:
It will come down to one simple thing:
👉 You didn’t quit.
👉 You don’t need to be the best in the room… you just need to be someone who stays in the room.
